Radio Frequency Face Lift
Diva Laser Center offers various rejuvenation procedures and the one that stands out the most is a revolutionary method of radio frequency face lift, done by using the state-of-the-art Alma laser platform.
Radiofrequency (RF) energy stimulates the production of new and reorganization of the existing collagen molecules, restoring the elasticity and firmness of the skin. These changes reduce the signs of skin aging, such as fine lines, wrinkles, saggy skin (especially prominent in the central third of the face and the lower jaw and chin area), and the loss of facial volume.
The advantages of radio frequency face lift
- Comfortable for the patient
- No downtime
What are the indications for the use of RF energy?
- Saggy face and neck skin
- Deep wrinkles
- Face scars
- Skin discoloration (hyperpigmentation)
How does RF energy affect the skin?
Pixel RF module is designed to rejuvenate the skin and improve its irregularities. The ablative laser creates micro-injuries on the skin, in the form of microscopic perforations, instigating the skin’s repair mechanism and causing the hyperproduction of collagen in the treated area. Ultrasound easily penetrates these microscopic perforations and delivers dermatological formulas, based on individual indications, to the deeper layers of the skin.
Is the area around the eyes treated?
This RF energy modality allows for the rejuvenation of the periocular area, i. e. the area around the eyes, with the special extension used for this purpose. This enables non-invasive lifting of the upper eyelids, eyebrows, and crow’s feet removal.
What does the procedure look like?
A topical anesthetic is applied to the treated area 30 minutes prior to the procedure. The treatment is then administered by a doctor who is trained to work with the Pixel RF module of the Alma platform.
How long does the procedure last and is there any recovery period?
The procedure lasts 30 minutes. The downtime is 7 days. After the procedure, the patient is required to follow the doctor’s instructions during the recovery period, as well as to use SPF 50 sunscreen. Treatments are repeated every two weeks to achieve a cumulative effect.
